WHAT IS THE PROGRAM?

Each program is a long term, structured approach to training, using block periodisation as our model for improving all athletic qualities (strength, speed, power, endurance and hypertrophy).

We also provide nutritional guidance, based on your specific needs, with coaching on building a sustainable approach to nutrition so you get the most out of our programs.

Our features include:

  • You will have access to your program online or through your phone via our app (Apple and Android). You can also print workouts easily if that’s your thing.
  • You can pick what days you train in your calender based on your schedule. Our programs keep track of your current day so you never lose track.
  • Exclusive private Facebook group with access to exclusive content on maximising your performance in the gym, tips on nutritional protocols as well as motivation from other Team EVO members who are right there with you all the way.
  • Coaching and form checks on your video lifts via our private Facebook group.
  • Video demonstrations of all exercises provided, as well as exercise progressions/regressions and alternatives if needed.
  • The ability to switch between programs effortlessly, and access to our add on programs for improving things like squat strength, gymnastics and hypertrophy.

HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?

Programming is released weekly, with a long term block periodisation approach.

Each training block will last 4 weeks, with a structured approach that will have you peaking around 3-4 times a year (for our competitive athletes).
